Olēka, side project of Dragan Lakic (aka Forest People) expose his orientation toward distorted and industrial sonorities laid on the common ground of techno genre, on this third installment of the digital catalogue of Syncretism including the point of view of Nemrac on the core of this EP.
"As I am fascinated with stuff that scares us I did this EP to picture my view of the brooding end of the society. Everything has an end and it is interesting how much we avoid to deal with it. The type of sound that I do as Olēka is something that musically represents those fears and feelings."

I wish that "Mist Duck" would have alternate lyrics, maybe something like a description of a beautiful full moon glimmering over a lake, whilst a fluffy brown tabby cat is washing his paws nearby, his motor producing loud purrs. However, Perc made such an absolute killer job (only to be expected!) with this remix that it's become a guilty pleasure.
